Product Overview:

1. Good soldering reliability: Traditional wave soldering is prone to defects such as poor tin penetration or bridging; when selective wave soldering is used for soldering, the parameters of each solder joint can be set, and the amount of flux sprayed, The soldering time and soldering wave soldering height are adjusted to the optimal soldering parameters, and the welding flux is selectively sprayed on the pads to be soldered, so that the soldering reliability is greatly improved.
2. High cleanliness of PCB board: Selective wave soldering only selectively sprays flux on the points that need to be soldered, so the cleanliness of the circuit board is greatly improved, and at the same time, the ion pollution is greatly reduced. It fundamentally solves the problem of cleaning after traditional wave soldering.
3. Reduce the cost of soldering: Selective wave soldering can be understood as a low-speed placement machine, set the program, and refer to where to solder. Intelligent welding can reduce the use of flux and nitrogen, reduce the generation of tin slag, and do not need to make jigs, which greatly reduces the cost of welding.
4. Reduce the thermal shock of the board: In the process of lead-free soldering, the soldering temperature can be as high as 260, and the heating and cooling process of soldering can easily cause thermal shock to the PCB board, resulting in soldering defects. The selective wave soldering is only for the soldering of specific points, no matter in spot welding or drag soldering, it will not cause thermal shock to the whole circuit board, thereby reducing the defects caused by thermal shock.
